<b>POLICE LOG

Thursday

Douglas County sheriff</b>

6:52 a.m. — Theft of a vehicle on the 100 block of Third Street, Drain.

11:31 a.m. — Burglary and theft of wire from train motors on the 200 block of Hayward Lane, Glendale.

12:59 p.m. — Report taken for internet fraud on Kester Road, Roseburg.

<b>Reedsport Police</b>

3:34 p.m. — Someone keyed a vehicle on the 2100 block of Winchester Avenue.

5:22 p.m. — Tools were missing on the 900 block of North 8th Street.

8:53 p.m. — A referee’s jacket was stolen at Ruppe Field at Reedsport High School, 2260 Longwood Avenue.

<b>Roseburg Police</b>

1:56 p.m. — Identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit card on the 2400 block of Crestview Avenue.

5:28 p.m. — Theft on the 900 block of Garden Valley Boulevard.

<b>Sutherlin Police</b>

12 p.m. — Theft of rental property on the 100 block of North State Street.


<b>ACCIDENTS

Thursday

Douglas County sheriff</b>

6:47 a.m. — Two-vehicle accident on the 3000 block of Riddle-Bypass Road, Riddle. Riddle and Tri City Rural Fire Districts and W.E.S.T. Ambulance also responded. Lane blockage and unknown injuries. Diesel fuel leaked from one of the vehicles.

<b>Reedsport Police</b>

11:33 a.m. — Motor-vehicle accident at Highway 101 and 22nd Street. Unknown injuries.

<b>Roseburg Police</b>

9:52 p.m. — Two-vehicle accident at Bellows Street and Harvard Avenue. No injuries were reported.

<b>Sutherlin Police</b>

2:22 p.m. — Motor-vehicle accident at West Central Avenue and Hutchins Way. Sutherlin Fire Department and Ambulance also responded. Lane blockage and unknown injuries.


<b>ARRESTS</b>

The News-Review publishes the names of individuals who have been arrested on suspicion of at least one felony charge or three misdemeanors or a combination of felony and misdemeanor charges.

<b>Thursday

Douglas County sheriff</b>

Carlos M. Rivera, 20, no hometown listed, on suspicion of unlawful manufacture, delivery and possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and misuse of identification card.

<b>Reedsport Police</b>

Steven Milles Lacewell, 44, of Reedsport, on suspicion of tampering with drug records.

<b>Sutherlin Police</b>

Stacy Diane Fadness, 41, of Oakland, on suspicion of second-degree sexual abuse, third-degree sodomy, sexual misconduct, private indecency, contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor, furnishing alcohol to a minor and endangering the welfare of a minor.


<b>FIRE RUNS

Thursday

Roseburg</b>

12:41 p.m. — A vehicle driving through a neighborhood knocked some wires down off a telephone pole on the 400 block of Emerald Lane.
