ROSEBURG: As part of the First Friday concert series to benefit Citizens for Patrick Starnes for County Commissioner, singer/songwriter Carolyn Cruso will perform at 7 p.m. April 4 at the Umpqua Valley Arts Center, 1624 W. Harvard Ave.
Cruso hails from Orcas Island and plays original music on guitar, flute and hammered dulcimer. She draws from Irish jigs and reels, jazz and Indian inspired improvisations.
The concert will be preceded by free food and no-host beer and wine at 6 p.m.
A suggested donation is $20.08.
