ROSEBURG: A free seminar on the process of adoption and a variety of adoption opportunities will be presented by PLAN Loving Adoptions Now from 7-8:30 p.m. April 17 in the Ford Community Room at the Douglas County Library, 1409 N.E. Diamond Lake Blvd.
PLAN Loving Adoptions Now is a non-profit 501(c)(3), full-service, licensed adoption agency that works both domestically and internationally. Since 1975, PLAN has placed thousands of children into permanent homes, according to a news release.
