ROSEBURG: The Roseburg Playschool Co-Op will hold open registration for the 2008-09 school year from 9 to 11 a.m. April 7 at its site at the Douglas County Fairgrounds, 2110 S.W. Frear St. Children from 18 months to 5 years are separated into tot class, preschool and pre-kindergarten. The co-op’s philosophy is “Children learning through play.”
